Refund policy

If you have not received your order during the estimated delivery times, please contact us immediately. We will look further into the issues that may be causing the delay of the delivery of your order.

We do not accept returns or partial/full refunds on single card orders EXCEPT when

a) conditions do not match,
b) incorrect set/edition, non-foil/foiling, or outright wrong card, and/or
c) card is outright missing from the package.

Contact us immediately if you encounter any of the mentioned issues so we can immediately offer a resolution.

Refunds/returns on sealed product are only honored if the product is returned in the same condition as it was sent. No exceptions will be made regarding this policy. Immediately contact us if you believe there were issues in receiving your sealed product.

NOTE: Preorders are non-refundable and non-cancellable - applies to down payments and full payments.
