Q: Will there be pre-orders for per unit only?
A: We'll only offer per unit listings after allocations are finalized with stores which is usually close (by a few days) to release date, and if we manage to secure a meaningful amount of extra stock.

Q: Why are pre-orders by case only?
A: Due to current distributor policies and the maintaining high demand of Pokemon TCG product, a per case preorder is the only way for stores in Philippines to have a reasonable share in quantity of Pokemon TCG stock.

Q: Why is allocation not guaranteed?
A: Due to policies set by the product's publishers/developers (The Pokemon Company et al), manufacturers (printing companies), and distributors, the total serviceable amount to the Philippines is only made known to retail stores a few days before the estimate local arrival date. Despite this, solicitations for preorders still occur 3-4 months ahead of time.

Q: Why does allocation keep getting cut?
A: Desired amounts submitted by stores during the available preordering window always exceed what publishers/developers/manufacturers expect. Demand on certain product types, especially ETB's, has reached the levels of 15x to 35x of what can be made available considering all logistics.

Q: So why are you still offering pre-orders as a store?
A: Despite current situations, we still send an amount to our distributors with hopes to have enough stock for our store's community. We also still receive requests to open preorders for Pokemon TCG product due to the advantages of online ordering.

Q: This seems to be a cheap way for the store get an interest free loan. Isn't this very shameful?
A: All funds that we receive from preorders are sent to the distributor. The distributor does the same by sending those same funds to the publisher. In fact, as a store taking preorders, we have to have extra funds set aside not taken from preorders to be able to issue refunds immediately when the allocation cut memo gets sent out. Stores only get refunded by the distributor only after 7-15 days.

Condition Guide
Near Mint (NM): Minimal wear from shuffling, play or handling and can have a nearly unmarked surface, crisp corners and unblemished edges outside of a few slight flaws. May have slight edge wear or a scratch or three, but overall look nearly unplayed with no major defects. The acceptable range of cards within the Near Mint condition includes both cards with no imperfections and cards with a few slight imperfections.
Lightly Played (LP): Minor border or corner wear, scuffs or scratches. There are no major defects such as grime, bends or issues with the structural integrity of the card. Noticeable imperfections are okay, but none should be too severe or at too high a volume. The acceptable range of cards within the Lightly Played condition includes both cards with few or a handful of minor imperfections.
Moderately Played (MP): Border wear, corner wear, scratching or scuffing, creases or whitening or any combination of moderate examples of these flaws. May have some form of imperfection impacting a small area of the card from mishandling or poor storage, such as creasing that doesnʼt affect card integrity, in combination with other issues such as scratches, scuffs or border/edge wear.
Heavily Played (HP): Major amount of wear. Cards can show a variety of moderate imperfections along with creasing, whitening and bends. Can also have flaws that impact the integrity of the card, but the card can still be sleeve playable.
Damaged (DMG): Wear or imperfections beyond the standards for other conditions. Can also exhibit an imperfection that may make the card illegal for tournament play, even in a sleeve. May have major border wear, corner wear, scratching or scuffing, as well as folds, creases, tears or other damage that impacts the structural integrity of the card.
